Refund policy

For refunds, please contact us through our social media channels or WhatsApp with your order details, including the order ID and product information. A complete parcel-opening video is mandatory for all return claims. Eligible orders will receive a refund within 15 days after we receive the returned product.

If your order does not qualify for a cash refund, you may still be eligible for a free exchange.
